* ORDERING and PAYMENTS *
-We currently only offer online ordering. Orders can be placed 24/7.
-DP-77.com accepts VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and
PAYPAL. -All payments must be in US funds.
-If an item does not show the color or size you are looking for, we are
out of stock.
-When placing an order, use your legal name. NO NICKNAMES.
-Orders will not be shipped using nicknames.
* SHIPPING *
-All orders are shipped UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS). Via: PRIORITY
MAIL only.
-Orders will be shipped after credit card approval which may take up to
48 hours after the order has been placed.
-INTERNATIONAL ORDERS can only be shipped via: GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL (EMS)
NO REFUNDS
* EXCHANGES *
-EXCHANGED MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNWORN / UNUSED / UNWASHED.
The only way to complete an APPROVED exchange.
-Complete the online "EXCHANGE FORM"
- Must be made within 10 days of recieving your order

-All "BARGAIN BIN" and "STREET PUNX 2NDS" sales are final.
-There will be absolutely NO returns or exchanges on "BARGAIN BIN" or
"STREET PUNX 2NDS" items. -This includes same style exchanges for sizes,
color, change of heart, ect.... ONCE YOU PURCHASE THEM YOU OWN THEM.
* DP'S RECORD SHACK *
-All music sales are final
-There are no returns on music.
-This includes: CD's, 7-inch vynil records, 10-inch vynil records, 12-inch
vynil records, DVD's or any music related items found in DP's Record
Shack.
