DOGPILE WHOLESALE APPLICATION
PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. *ORDERS WILL BE INVOICED AT PRICES PREVAILING AT TIME OF ORDER. RETAIL PRICING: Dogpile merchandise is to be sold at 'key stone' (double wholesale price). Dealers choosing to cut prices and get into 'price wars' with other dealers will be dropped immediately as a Dogpile account. MINIMUM ORDER: There is a six piece per style, per color minimum order on all styles. Minimum order on pre-pack items are 1 pre-pack per style, per color. TERMS OF SALE: Payment terms are C.O.D. or credit card -ONLY. C.O.D. 'cash only' for first time customers. C.O.D. 'company check' may be made after first order and after account approval. SHORTAGES: Shipments should be carefully checked upon delivery for total carton count and condition. Any shortages or evidence of damage must be noted on carrier's delivery receipt and reported to Dogpile, Inc. immediately. *Discovery of shortages in unopened containers that can be attributed to picking/packing errors must be reported to Dogpile Inc.'s customer service within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. All requests for shortage claims must be accompanied by complete invoice numbers. ADJUSTMENTS CAN BE MADE ONLY IF REPORTED WITHIN THE REQUIRED 10 DAY TIME LIMIT. CANCELLATION: Cancellation of an order in the system must be a matter of mutual agreement with Dogpile, Inc. and will be given consideration by Dogpile, Inc., when requested a minimum of 10 days prior to the requested ship date and CONFIRMED IN WRITING. REFUSED ORDERS: If any order is refused by a dealer, Dogpile, Inc. will invoice that dealer for freight charges 'to and from' that dealer, plus a 20% restocking fee on refused merchandise. The said account will be frozen until this invoice is paid. RETURN AND CLAIMS POLICY: All returns, including defective returns, must be authorized in advance by Dogpile, Inc. Requests for such returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All returns, including defective returns, require a special return authorization number 'R/A#', issued by Dogpile, Inc. Any returns that do not bear these special numbers will be returned back to the customer at their expense. All returns must be shipped prepaid at dealer's expense. If the return is occasioned by Dogpile, Inc.'s error, the freight charges will be credited at the time credit for the merchandise is issued. Authorized returns to stock will be assessed a 20% restocking charge unless the merchandise was shipped in error by Dogpile, Inc.
